Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To request a refund or replacement:

- Include clear photo or video evidence of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
We currently do not offer returns. Refunds are only issued for verified cases such as:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
